Aarti Mann

Aarti Mann also referred to as Aarti Majumdar, is an American actor who is most famous for her character of 'Priya Koothrappali' in the popular TV show 'The Big Bang Theory.' She is a first-generation Indian-American who was raised in Connecticut. The stage name she uses, "Mann" (from "Aarti Mann") is an abbreviation for her marriage name, "Mankad." However, she uses each of "Aarti Mann" and "Aarti Majumdar" for her professional names. Although she began her acting career in TV with a few minor film roles, her acting career was gaining momentum after the mid-2000s. The actress has appeared on the series 'Suits' (2013) 'Leverage' (12) and 'Grey's Analogy' (17). Her appearances in the major commercials featuring brands like the world-renowned automaker Volvo.
